ThankFall Raffle
The "ThankFall Raffle" is an annual fundraiser hosted by JWA. Each ticket gives you an entry into the raffle for any prize package and the grand prize which is an accumulation of all prize packages (Valued at $4000!). Your support of this fundraiser not only puts you in the position to win some amazing prizes, but to support our Macon County Community!
All proceeds go towards JWA's signature programs that provide youth in need with socks, shoes and undergarments.

ThankFall Raffle Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older who are physically located in Illinois at the time of ticket purchase. Persons under the age of 18 may participate in the conducting of raffles or chances only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian and may be present in the area where winning chances are determined only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited.
2. Ticket Sales
Raffle ticket sales began October 29, 2025 and will close at 6:29 PM on November 19, 2025. Payment must be received for entries to be valid. Tickets are non-refundable.
3. Raffle License
The raffle is conducted by the Junior Welfare Association (JWA) under its approved Illinois charitable raffle license and bond.
4. Drawing
The raffle drawing will be held November 19, 2025, at 6:30 PM. All valid tickets have an equal chance of winning. Entrants do not need to be present to win.
5. Prizes
Prizes are listed on the event page. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
Physical prizes cannot be shipped; winners must coordinate local pickup with JWA.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the information provided at purchase. If a winner does not claim their prize within the timeframe specified by JWA, the prize may be forfeited.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants consent to JWA’s use of their name and city/state for winner announcements, unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
JWA is not responsible for lost or incomplete entries, payment issues, or technical errors. By participating, entrants release JWA from any claims related to participation or prize use.
9. General Conditions
JWA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if required by law or due to unforeseen circumstances. All decisions of JWA are final.
